Mr. Setter,

Attached to this email is a file that presents information regarding changes in our retail store operations, the Clothing Store Chain. This information explains adjustments made to combat rising gas prices in an effort to save money on store operations while allowing employees to work fewer days a week.
In this email I will provide you with the general overview information. The stores will now be closed on Sundays. On Monday through Saturday, stores will open an hour later and close an hour earlier. Full-time employees, including managers, will have four-day, 10-hour workweeks and part-time employees will consolidate their hours into 1-, 2-, or 3-day workweeks, depending on how many hours a week they work. No stores are closing, but no new stores will open at this time.

Please look over this information as soon as possible. I would like to schedule a meeting with you in the next couple of weeks to discuss the upcoming changes to our retail store operations.
